Heat loss surveys straight onto the LilaCRM job
LilaCRM runs the rest of the job for trade businesses — customers, quotes, jobs, invoices and bookkeeping, with CIS and VAT tools. Connect it to AeroCalc Pro and your room calculations become part of the job.
How it works
- Connect once. A team owner or admin clicks Connect LilaCRM and approves it in LilaCRM. AeroCalc gets its own access, which you can revoke in LilaCRM at any time.
- Link a location. When you add a property in AeroCalc, search your LilaCRM jobs and customers and pick the one it belongs to — or add a new customer without leaving AeroCalc.
- Send the rooms. Tap Send to LilaCRM. Each room is filed on the job's survey with its dimensions, heat loss (and radiator output at ΔT50) or cooling load and the breakdown — next to any LiDAR room scans taken with the LilaCRM app.
- Quote. Price the quote in LilaCRM from the survey, then invoice. Change a room in AeroCalc and send again: it updates rather than duplicating.
