AeroCalc for iPhone
Measure rooms with your iPhone's LiDAR scanner
The AeroCalc Pro iPhone app uses Apple RoomPlan and the LiDAR scanner on iPhone Pro models to measure a room in under a minute. Walls, windows and doors are traced as you walk round, and the length, width, ceiling height and window area go straight into the heat loss or cooling calculation.
How a scan works
- Open a room in AeroCalc and tap Scan with LiDAR.
- Walk slowly round the room, pointing the phone at each wall, the floor and the ceiling. White outlines appear on the walls, windows and doors as they're recognised.
- Tap Done. AeroCalc works out the room's length and width from the walls (aligned to the longest wall, so angled rooms measure true), the ceiling height from the tallest wall, and the total window area.
- The calculation updates immediately; adjust anything you like before saving.
Everything else in the app
- The same BS EN 12831 heat loss and cooling load calculations as the website — tested against each other so they always agree.
- A live 3D model of the room that updates as you change it.
- One account on the web and the phone: rooms saved on site are on your desktop straight away, for your whole team.
- Link a location to a LilaCRM job and send its rooms across from the phone.
- Subscribe on the web or in the app — one plan covers the team either way.
Availability
